Requisits admission

• Your personal escort will pick you up at your hotel and drive you to the hospital, where you have to arrive at least one hour before your scheduled surgery.
• Your escort will help you complete your registration form You will then be let into your private hospital room, where you change your clothing if necessary.
• A nurse will lead you to the operating room, where you´ll meet your anesthesiologist and your surgeon.
• Do not eat or drink anything, including water, after midnight before the day of your surgery (these includes gum or hard candy). If you are on any medication, please follow the instructions that your doctor o your anesthesiologist will have given you during their
• Consultations, minimum one day prior to your operation.
• Do not wear makeup or contact lenses. Instead of contact lenses, bring eyewear that will assist you with the completion of necessary forms
• Leave personal belongings of value at your hotel.
• Dress comfortably and wear comfortable shoes. Wear clothing that does not need to be slipped over your head.
• If the procedure is outpatient, then your escort will pick you up as soon as the doctor will have given you a discharge.
• If you have to stay an extra day at the hospital, your escort will visit you at the hospital to see how you are doing and whether you need anything.
