Spa-Med-Holiday assumes no liability for injury, damage, loss, accident, expenses, delay or irregularity, which may be caused by natural disasters or from any act or omission of our suppliers (hotels, restaurants, airlines, micro-bus owners) or other providers (hospitals, clinics, therapists, MD’s, masseuses, waiters) or third parties. The same is valid regarding all our subcontractors for the optional excursions. No refund will be given as a result of malpractice, interruptions or cancellations which are beyond our control. Spa-Med-Holiday reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the activities deemed necessary to the successful implementation of your Wellness Program. Spa-Med-Holiday will not make any refunds for missed activities included in the Wellness Program. Although we strive to maintain stable prices, they are subject to change without prior notice, should sudden circumstances occur beyond our control.
